The CRM receiver is ready. The website project still needs to send its form submissions here.

Open your MGM website project and paste these instructions into its builder chat. Save the same connection password there securely when prompted.

Connect my existing MGM website contact/quote form to my CRM, while keeping the existing lead emails to AJ and info@vybeos.net unchanged.
Store MGM_WEBSITE_LEADS_SECRET securely in this website project using the exact same value already saved in my CRM. Ask me to enter it securely; never put it in frontend code.
After saving each form submission, send a server-to-server POST to https://mgmcrm.base44.app/functions/receiveWebsiteLead with Content-Type: application/json and the x-mgm-leads-secret header read from MGM_WEBSITE_LEADS_SECRET.
Send these JSON fields: submission_id (the saved submission's stable ID), name, email, phone, service, message, and page_url. name, submission_id, and either email or phone are required. All fields are strings. Map these from my existing form fields. Do not send CRM status or internal notes.
Retain failed deliveries for retry, always reusing the same submission_id; treat HTTP 200 or 201 with ok:true as success. Preserve my existing form confirmation and notification emails. Do not subscribe leads to marketing automatically.

This keeps your existing lead emails in place. Website inquiries do not automatically subscribe people to email marketing.
